DKX-A500 Lithgraphy Printer
The DKX-A500 lithography system is a mature product that our company has been developing for many years. Both its software and hardware were developed entirely in-house, forming a self-contained system. Through years of technical exploration and accumulation, as well as multiple model iterations, we have successfully overcome numerous technical challenges. The DKX-A500 features a high-precision, air-bearing, dual-drive marble gantry optical platform, a high-rigidity frame, an ACS drive control system, and a high-precision real-time autofocus system. It achieves an optical precision of 0.5 μm during lithography, with a lithography depth ranging from 0.5 μm to 20 μm, a lithography speed of approximately 18 cm²/hour, and a maximum lithography area of 500 mm × 500 mm (larger sizes are available upon request). When paired with the proprietary lithography software Holoprint and the visual micro-nano optical design software Holoshop, it can create and lithograph unparalleled effects such as platinum relief, gradient grading, pillars of lights, 3D floating, and fresnel lens. It is ideally suited for applications in high-end cigarette packaging, wine boxes, personal care products, labels, and other printed materials.
