At Guangdong Roem Micro-Nano Vision Technology Co., Ltd., Holographic Master Lithography Printer DKX-A500 is the result of years of in-house work on both hardware and software. The system is self-contained: the optical platform, the motion control and the design tools were developed by our own team, and the current model is the product of several rounds of iteration and technical testing.
The platform is built on an air-bearing, dual-drive marble gantry made from Indian black granite grade M10-000. A high-stiffness frame and a passive vibration damping system keep the optics steady, while the ACS drive control and real-time autofocus hold focus during exposure. Optical resolution is 0.5 μm, the maximum resolution is 50,800 DPI, platform repeatability is within ±0.3 μm, and the maximum lithography area is 500 mm by 500 mm. Larger sizes can be discussed on request.
Two software packages sit behind the machine. Holoprint handles hologram printing, and Holoshop is the design tool for visual micro-nano optical effects, available for Windows and as an online version. Together they support relief, POL, lens effects within size limits, floating, depth and interleave patterns, as well as platinum relief, gradient grading, pillars of light and fresnel lens effects. Full colour and rainbow effects are outside the range of this model, so the design is planned around the effects it can produce.
Typical buyers use the machine for high-end cigarette packaging, wine boxes, personal care products, labels and other printed materials, and for optical anti-counterfeiting and micro-nano fabrication. Because the master is written directly, the same design can be repeated across production runs. Our team reviews the artwork and the intended effect with the buyer before the job is set up, so the exposure parameters match the pattern and the substrate.
