Hologram Design
The lithographic design phase is the creative foundation of the entire production workflow. At Roem, we have developed Holoshop, the industry's first optical design software with true dynamic visual preview capability. This proprietary software addresses a fundamental pain point in the packaging industry: traditional graphic designers are unable to create lithographic designs because conventional design tools lack optical simulation capabilities. Holoshop bridges this gap by providing a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) design environment where designers can visualize optical effects in real time.

Dynamic Visual Preview and What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get
Holoshop's core innovation is its ability to simulate how micro and nano-structures will interact with light before any physical production takes place. As designers create or modify patterns, adjust groove depths, spacing densities, and structural geometries, the software generates a dynamic preview that closely approximates the final optical effect. This includes simulation of浮雕 (relief) effects where structures appear to rise from the surface,悬浮 (floating) effects where imagery seems to hover above the substrate, and dynamic motion effects where patterns appear to move or animate as the viewing angle changes.
The software supports a comprehensive library of optical effects including traditional platinum浮雕 (embossed relief), light columns, lens arrays, dot gratings, as well as advanced effects such as naked-eye 3D, animated motion graphics, true-color rendering, layered phantom imagery, interlaced matrix patterns, random superimposition, and流光叠影 (streaming light overlays). Designers can combine multiple effects within a single composition, adjust parameters with precision, and immediately see how these changes affect the visual output. This iterative design capability dramatically reduces the trial-and-error cycle that traditionally plagued holographic design work.
Holoshop is available both as a Windows desktop application and as a web-based platform accessible through the More Vision online design studio (www.more-vision.com). The web version offers the significant advantages of seamless software updates, global accessibility, centralized resource libraries, and collaborative workflow capabilities. Both versions share the same underlying optical simulation engine, ensuring consistent preview fidelity across platforms.
